11/29/2023 0 Comments Fire emblem engage combatWhen animation is good, it’s like nothing else. I watched all the Neon Genesis Evangelion rebuild movies in one go for the first time yesterday, which left me feeling… not much? I’m kind of in the same mindset as you with the anime fatigue. How about you? Curious to see how this one becomes received by the general gaming community, and specifically how many also prefer this over Three Houses. Also, The ‘Emblems’ and return to the weapon wheel just feel awesome. I have built all sorts of teams and combat relationships within my squad that impact all of my decisions. In fact, the emergent storytelling that comes from the strategy makes it feel like a ‘deeper’ story for me. But the combat, graphical style and music in Engage is all a huge leap above Three Houses, in my opinion. I enjoyed Three Houses and the social aspects were definitely crucial to that experience. Some aspects of the reviews must have lowered my expectations because I’m pleasantly surprised by how much I’m adoring this game so far. Honestly, I really love both approaches and hope they continue to go back and forth. It’s kind of incredible how exactly split the FE audience is on this game! Going to be so interesting to see if the next one goes hard to appease the 3H crowd. /r/GamePhysics - Clips of game physics shining and glitchingĭesign based on /r/FlatBlue created by /u/creesch./r/gaming4gamers - middle ground between purely-for-fun and more serious subreddits./r/GamingLeaksAndRumours - Leaks and Rumors.Posting unmarked spoilers will result in removal and warning, and posting spoilers with malicious intent will result in a ban.
